Explain your suggestion, in detail: Tie people to chairs wich they cannot get out of unless untied
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: Simple torture rp, nor hostage rp, and also i believe this used to be a thing way back as i remember quite clearly that i was tied to a chair and couldnt get out, was told its not a bug so thus why this suggestion is up

as i said, i quite clearly remember it being a thing, but when i did a bug report about it not working, i was told to move it to suggestions
