PR -> Adaam, Dav1d1050 - Dan - Oct 25, 2019

Summary: David walks away from me in handcuffs, while I have my gun out. Both drive away under gunpoint.

About the handcuffs, you didn't say anything i just hopped in the car.
About the car, i wasn't driving and couldn't get out the car as the doors were locked.

I mean firstly I was unable to hear you as I wasn't in range. Also even if I did, your mic clearly lags/doesn't register when you speak so I would be unable to hear it anyway.

David, you should have complied with the orders to remain in the pink beetle from the beginning. You refused to remain in the vehicle several times. I would've personally thought it was obvious for the reasons of your cuffing as you were lingering behind the vehicle, possibly being armed and could later cause a threat. The fact the officer went around the corner with handcuffs on I would've thought would have made his intentions clear of what he was about to do.

You could see the gun within the first 30 seconds of the encounter but still failed to get into the vehicle after being told several times to do so.

Still need to look at if that was in range or not, but regardless I find the "get out" order easily understandable.

My mic works fine ingame. I have push-to-talk enabled on shadowplay so there is some issues on the recordings. I've never had any complaints with my mic ingame.

l was belng sllly by not gettlng ln the car and dldnt mean any harm as u can hear my extremely annoylng laugh

Also l couldnt get out the car as the doors were automatcally locked after gettlng ln

Not quite understanding your sarcasm. I'm not debating about whether we both understood something differently, I'm simply stating the fact your mic was inaudible, there was a witness called braadd who was also right next to you who can confirm you mic was shit in that situation.

I wouldn't say it was "extremely," yes it isn't 100% clear, but it's clear enough to know that he wanted you to get out of the vehicle. Maybe it wasn't clear because of your discord in the background? Which, you should've muted in this situation so that, you wouldn't break fearrp.

He hasn't said anything here about that.
