Description: Meth Equipment not being refunded
Bug observed since: Issue still continues every time my game crashes
Images/Screenshots: Can't really give any right now
Steps to Reproduce: Either crash your game of crash the server

Just fixed a bunch of people who had negative refunds, I'll assign this to Faustie for a more permanent fix however.
