This seems to happen between 3-5 am EST.
I have lost loads of pots and decided to finally explain this issue due to losing 16 pots tonight before I could even get a single cycle of weed. Non-stop losing money with these crashes because 9/10 im on when it crashes and am either the only person on or one of a few.
Armand was also on the server when tonight's outage occurred; Not saying he caused the crash, but he could bear witness to what happened.

Garry's Mod servers in general need restarts from time to time, otherwise the performance gets worse etc.
Yes, the server crashes sometimes, agreed. That's an issue. What you're talking about though might be what @Tom* wrote
