The guy basically drove down the road speeding on the wrong side to purposefully kill the police officer to get his friend out of a traffic stop. He the proceeded to drive off.

Obvious CDM with intent to harm another player. Blacklist issued for 5 hours due to active 13 day ban for similar circumstances. Case will be discussed with Marsh regarding possible extension of active ban.
