Seeing as a fellow colleague has already spoken to the player's involved with this incident and overall it appears accidental in nature I see no reason to pursue punishment. I would recommend that we remember to call staff when the elevator has issues and please avoid causing individuals to become injured. It seems recently the elevator has become a bigger problem and we need to remember it is a moving object in an environment already under slight lag and vehicles / objects can become dangerous projectiles.
