Summary: I was just sitting in my house farming weed in a room that had no windows or couldn't be seen from the outside. Then the next thing i know i see a masked man enter my garden by jumping over the hedge then before i can do anything he drives off. Minutes later him and his friend return armed, they raid my house by prop climbing with no reason or rp behind it what so ever handcuff me and take my pots then kill me while i am explaining to them that they need a reason.

After a thorough review I have determined that the possbility of a valid raid reason can not be ruled out in this case. Whilst the situation seems suspicious and it is possible that the raiding party lacked sufficient reasoning to raid this can not safely be determined in this case (it is hard to proove a negative without more evidence).
Id like to thank you for your time and patience (apologies for the delayed response - I had an exam). If you should encounter any further issues please file according PRs like this one. This way any possible patterns can be detected.
