IDEA: Add a system that recognises the numberplate of a car and activates a keybind if that car is on the list e.g If plate == FCKYOU then NUMPAD1
Why tho?:
Adds some more automation for RPs. Self-opening gates for expensive homes/bases. More verification for the PD garage if a car drives in. Allowing emergency services to drive on by without paying if there's a toll road.

Makes sense to add this to more developed areas like the PD etc. For the general public, possibly make it an item with a low REP requirement?
