Summary: We had started a hot pursuit on a Taxi Driver (Chauffeur). Once we had pulled him over we had guns pointed at him but they still didn't listen to us and ran off. Once we had him in cuffs we questioned him and he left the game. He later joined back with a new steam name and ingame identity.
