As seen in rule 2.2 they shouldn't pull a weapon when you are visibly armed and due to this, both players will receive a 1 day ban.
As for the RDM this is difficult to get to the bottom of, but I suspect it was without a valid reason, however, as they haven't commented on the matter and that there isn't enough evidence to suspect that there haven't been prior encounters which could've lead up to this point, I won't issue a punishment under suspension.
It's difficult in these situations when users haven't created forums account to understand their intentions.
