Can confirm the events, and hereby I'll post what happened on my point of view.
Guv, another officer and I show up to 116 Railway Apartment 2, yell to Open the door and eventually ram it as there was non-compliance, as we enter, I see what seemed to be a drug lab, kept ordering them to open up, and a few seconds later I saw that caleb was arming up, shot me to death as a BMD with someone else.
At that Instance I call it failRP, RDM and what is already stated above

Approved.
User will be issued a 2 day suspension for doomforting (no visible keypad) and invalid job to hunker down into a room like that with contraband. As a merchant, your expected to sell services too and it seemed like he was solely focused on contraband.
