It's a super small suggestion, but one that I think just makes a small amount of sense?
WHAT?:
Change the medic kit model from the half life 2 vial to the actual medic kit, the big one that actually looks the correct size to be patching people up with major bullet wholes.
Maybe also have the medic kit be held with two hands, but i'm not too bothered about that!
WHY?:
What is even in there? Some green fluid that you walk around with in one hand, just looks strange, but actually holding something that resembles more of a medical bag would A: allow paramedics to look more medical B: makes more sense.
