Approved.
I can agree with FearRP, but I can't agree with execution. Due to the recent changes in the damage system, if you are being shot at now, rather than going injured you have a chance of death instead.
Regardless, FearRP was broken and a 3 and a half day ban, as well as 2 hour Weapons blacklist will be applied. Next punishment should be a general probationary period.
