Why should you be unblacklisted?: I have been waiting on the death screen for 3 hours and I still can't spawn. I was told this was a 2 hour blacklist. I don't understand why I cannot spawn in.

Hello David,
NLR blacklists are meant to prevent you from respawning for the duration of your NLR period (10 minutes). While there was seemingly a bug preventing you from respawning theres little that can be done now as the blacklist has already expired. Rejoin the server if you have not already done so and it will fix itself. Denied
