Description: When using /note other people cannot scroll down on your note
Bug observed since: yesturday

Steps to Reproduce: Place a note longer than one page and make someone else look.

Does the scrollbar not appear? Can they not simply scroll down either with their scroll-wheel?
It worked fine when I was testing it, I also released further features today so i'd check again later.

OK. People just said to me they couldn't scroll on it, so I ended up having to make 3 seperate notes instead
