Summary: I sadly dont have any evidence of the stuff that happened IG but i took a screenshot of the actions but ill try to format them:
12:17: Tom and Julian Enter my Base
Ca. 12:19: Tom takes my Pots as Julian Holds me under FearRP
12:21: They Finish Their Business, Julian Cuffs me, searches me and then Uncuffs me, Causing a FailRP Violation
12:23: Tom and Julian Leave the Scene with my Pots.
If The Staff Member Reviewing this Wants a Better Format, DM me on Discord/Steam or Here on the Forums and for some reason, it doesnt allow me to put a 2nd SteamID so it seems i have to make a seperate one.

We Handcuffed Him to search him to make sure that he had no firearms to shoot us with upon leaving

Even if I try, I fail to see a rule violation here.
They frisked you to "confiscate" your weapon. Which is just a normal move. Why'd you intentionally risk your life by not doing so?
Due to the lack of solid evidence and going with the explained situation, the report will be denied. The accused has not broken any rules.
Also I'd like to add that you quickly press Tab in the future to see if there is online staff. Witnessing such a situation live will give us better insight on possible rule violations. :)
