Even if I try, I fail to see a rule violation here.
They frisked you to "confiscate" your weapon. Which is just a normal move. Why'd you intentionally risk your life by not doing so?
Due to the lack of solid evidence and going with the explained situation, the report will be denied. The accused has not broken any rules.
Also I'd like to add that you quickly press Tab in the future to see if there is online staff. Witnessing such a situation live will give us better insight on possible rule violations. :)
