(envolved) i was the other security uniform had at gunpoint comanded him multiple times to enter the tow truck and he never got in and was screaming his head off while gagged

This also happened before and after the situation. The police arrived and dealt with the situation and even agreed he was breaking fearRP
Then he repeated "They're security it's not RP"
But no matter what they were wearing they wanted to kidnap him and he broke fearRP and shouting that those two players were breaking the rules

Clear breach of fearRP in the first few seconds of the video. However, please keep in mind if you shoot someone or hit someone fearRP no longer applies to the player, but as I said previously the first few seconds of the video no previous attacks had taken place against him.
