After speaking with fellow staff members and considering the circumstances the FailRP ban still applies and will not be removed from your record. This is based off the misuse of the firefighter uniforms (which ultimately was confirmed as intentional) and the purchase of the apartment at random by Nickname.
I will review the bans for both of you and make sure everything is documented appropriately to ensure there is no confusion if the bans were reviewed in the future.
