Idea: Lower the prices of retail shops along Railway Avenue by about $100 a day
Why?: The prices are ridiculously high, about $250 a day for a 7x3 room with no back room. On Rockford, you'd be paying half that easily, for a room way larger. Why should we have a sudden price hike on shops, killing passiveRP amongst poorer players? The shops aren't allowed to be used as bases anyway, so why make them so expensive?

In general, most renting prices are way too high.
350$/5 minutes for renting the bank. This destroys passive RP.

maybe development time should go towards adding meaning to passive RP businesses
which means adding more purpose to running a business than just pointless /mes and selling items anyone can get themselves when they play as that job

I mean we're open to suggestions on things we can add to help with actual shop businesses.
