Summary: I went into a property because i heard shots fired and nobdy owned the property and nickname thought it would be funny to Buy it and lock me in so i told him to put his hands up when he lowered his weapon then like 20 secs later he pulls out his weapons Clearly Violating rule 2.1.

Approved - I should have actually handled that in game.
I don't remember if I was alt tabbed or fully afk but I wasn't paying complete attention to the situation. I know at a couple points he had his pistol out and for whatever reason I thought he had it out during your confrontation (looking back in my recording it looks like it was the muzzle of the HK but that would have been in his offhand anyway so that was just stupidity on my part)

and I thought you didn't notice when you said something about FearRP in game.
That also led to my mistaken comment:

User suspended for 5 days. He definitely should have known better - he has many, many hours on CityRP (1& 2).
