Explain your suggestion, in detail: So i had this idea where when you press F1 on the same row as the Rules|Laws|Market|Inventory|Voting etc.. You can have one called "Hints" and you can put all the hints from the loading screen there (Or as much as possible)
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: I believe this can have a huge Impact on new players so for example if they had a question instead of answering it Via Globel OOC they have the hints menu to look at to learn new stuff on the server and they can really benefit from it, so for example if they wanted to know how to buy a car and they look into the Hints menu it will show them there how to do it along with the person's name who had the idea of the hints (Just like the loading screen hits)

I don't see the point of them being in the loading screen as by the time a new player gets into the game he will probably have forgotten by then
