Infact it’s ~$50,000,000 cheaper to take a loan of $500,000 for a year than an loan of $50,000

A $50,000 loan for a 52 week term would roughly equate to $390,000 in interest.  That is a very long term anyway, there is a very slim chance anyone would be contracted for a loan that long duration
