i had this issue ages ago
id already downloaded the content and it looked like that so i uninstalled it all and reinstalled it
idk if itl work tho

Do you have the Half Life Content as well?
You can try to rename your Gmod->addons folder this will force the game to extract all custom content again. Be sure to keep the old addon folder for any addons you may have installed manually (like hl2 content)

This is now fixed, i reinstalled Steam yesterday which meant i needed to install gmod i also reset my addons so i just downloaded HL2 and CS content and put them in my addons and this issue is solved thanks everyone
