Summary: I was just released from jail after 15 mins, I run around looking for my car which has gone, I ask the swat for my car, next minute I am arrested for no apparent reason.

Arrests are handled in character, and should have been handled in-character. I will however let @Blazing explain why he arrested you before I close and move.

I already mentioned in-game that you were arrested for taking part in a jailbreak and acting in compliance with the attempted murder of an officer. Just because you commit crimes whilst you're meant to be in jail, it doesn't mean that you can't be arrested for them.
