Description:
When you use the Prison officer skin instead of getting the head shown on the one you bought you get an ugly low wuality one that cannot be changed.
Bug observed since:

Cannot reproduce with any of em on beta, but I've definitely seen this on live recently.
I've tried all individual models on beta - nothing.
Tried the only one I own on live just now - nothing. Tried setting civ model then going to it and it did not get the head either.
