Explain your suggestion, in detail:
All police-spawned vehicles (from the generic vehicles section) should have access to the laptop / PoliceDB. This includes secret service and SWAT.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
There's literally no reason not to. IRL cops would have access to something, and bringing a laptop into your car is easy.
With planned updates (addresses in police db and list of active warrants) it would be very useful to all LE in government. No reason for SWAT to not be able to look up someone's address in an unmarked car. It's a silly restriction.

You can spawn the laptop yourself, this would give the ability to basically spawn laptops even without reps at any given time

Why would the police need REPs to use laptops? It seems silly to arbitrarily limit which police cars have laptops and that would probably confuse new players as well.
This suggestion isn't about spawning the laptop items, it's about using the /policedb command inside the car.
I think you are thinking of the other suggestion about ES passholders being able to use laptops in their car

No, but this suggestion is about giving police (who already have the command in some cars) access to it in all vehicles they place down
