Whilst I can't punish for the FearRP which you claim the player broke, I can punish for the OOC insults. Seeing how the player has many priors and has been spoken to by administrative staff in the past regarding OOC conduct, I will issue a two week suspension, a 2 hour blacklist from OOC and a note will be placed on record saying the next punishment the player gets a general probationary period should be applied.
