Im going to post a simple statement, but this is no way reflects the case as i haven't reviewed it
basically yes for staff rule breakage will be different as they are staff warning and punishments and possibly eventual demotion if needed. this is all handled specifically by HRÂ
what happens will be very dependant on the case and what happened and will be up to HR to decide
but in no way do they just get away with it.
