Might want to explain what blacklist you have and what actions you were taking to receive that error notification, rather than just "fix that shit". It will give the developers more of an insight on what the issue may be.

In the situation we were in yesterday, he was blacklisted from President. I think he's trying to become president but it's giving him an error as if he had a vehicles blacklist.
