Description: The updated CHP siren is not working. It is still the old one. Around a month after it came with the C&C update, it just reverted to the old one.
Bug observed since: Around a year.

Steps to Reproduce: Spawn a vehicle with access to Photon. Switch the main siren to the CHP siren.
