Explain your suggestion, in detail: Add a clothing accestory "Trilby hat" for the overcoat models for citizens

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented: purely a cosmetic item and a opposing item to marlowe's hat, this item coild be usedused on any of the overcoat models as they share the base model
Note: all of tthe models with trilbys are already in LL files thus no new content is beeing suggested

Outdated models, replaced by other ones. Same reason the old suits are being removed.
