Refund details (include date and time if applicable): I bought "John Mikhailov" SWAT Outfit by accident. It requires 7 REPs. (I don't have 7 REPs). Happened 10 minutes before refund thread creation.

Iirc the system shouldnt even allow you to buy it if you dont fit the rep limit?
