Alright, thanks a lot! Although, is the ramming of my vehicle without any reason considered FailRP or not? Because my PR contains of FailRP + OOC Insult accusation.

Accused has had two days to comment and hasn't replied.
Approved.
User will be issued with a 4 day suspension and 2 hour BL from OOC and Voice due to harassment, with prior blacklists on record for using in-game mechanics to harass someone for OOC reasons. For all I know, the ramming could have been a mistake so I wouldn't feel comfortable punishing for that.
