Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Add a link to Rule Clarifications Record and Q/A to the rules page.
Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
Currently the clarifications are accepted as how they are to be abided by and enforced, yet newer players wont really know they exist as there is no mention of them on the rules page.
The only specification on clarification made on the rules page itself is a small line stating:
"[font=Roboto, sans-serif,]ask an admin to clarify."[/font]
A line or two forwarding players to the clarification area would be helpful to those who either don't know it exists, or don't exactly know where to find it.
