Summary:
Accused was seen interacting with previous proppusher/killer/smasher/blocker 'Lazy (STEAM_0:1:420273439) who got banned by @MrMarsh shortly after. Accused shot @Oneshott and not much later, myself too. Lazy was banned after the first RDM scenario accused was involved in, at which I respawned. I walked onto Main St., continuing my message to MrMarsh at which point accused now stands in front of me, actively punching me until I become injured and punches/slams me to death.
Therefor, I am of the opinion that accused broke the following rules:
Rule 3.1 - Your character needs to have a valid in-character reason for their actions, especially ones that harm or otherwise affect other players.
Rule 3.3 - Do not do unrealistic things out of context (FailRP).
Rule 13.6 – The anarchists’ primary focus is petty crime (vandalism, muggings, etc.).

I can concur the above statements.
Accused was seen in the Mesa Appartments with the proppusher. While i was screenshotting the proppusher (These were requested and sent to @MrMarsh ) the accused shot me down and ran into the appartment that was propblocked before (The one i was pushed out of by said proppusher/killer)
There were also multiple citizen reports of these 2 shooting people randomly from Mesa.
