There is no evidence that would prove he intentionally tried to CDM you. There is logs however that would prove he did run you over, but wither it was intentional or accidental it's not clear in the logs.
the accused player hasn't RP'ed out the situation in anyway (after checking logs) he just left you there, and didn't try to RP it out in anyway, for that he'll get a warning.
In the future please try to provide more sufficient evidence.
