Summary: Basically I was demoted cause I had a undercover vehicle and so did my seargent the seargent and I had the vehicles before the president arrive, I belive this was a false demote due to me even asking a staff member and they said 'Chief only' As shown in the video.

I would just like to comment on this. The laws were in place while I was pres, as they were my laws. He copied them over when he took over. You were demoted for false arrest of myself also.
You also said "the staff said you cant demote me" in an RP situation, meaning you broke RP

The laws were in place before i became president so they were not recent laws, you had plenty of time to see them and you were also pretty inconptent at your job because you had no idea were places were.
I was also faced with evidence that you were doing a bad job.
