1.7's rules dont really restrict instagram or snapchat, the problem is that he is IC'ly promoting his OOC social websites

Although this is not against 1.7, it's not really right to advertise OOC information through IC means. Do not consider this an offense worthy of a permanent warning. So.
@Ricky LaFleur please don't advertise OOC things ICly, it doesn't really make sense.
