Summary: I was in the bank with a hostage, when the Accused player first tranqed me and then soon later Sniped Me. He did this all as a citizen. We did nothing to us so there was no reason for him to Shoot at us.

Someone in the bank (may not have been you, I'm not 100% sure) started firing near me for watching the situation with my camera so I retreated and shot you back with a sniper. Granted I should've changed my job title, I forgot to do that when I logged on.
