Summary: On multiple occasions FXO has made laws specifically against me and sniper even when we are passive rping or afk he has also metagamed my ingame name on multiple occasions.He has a past of doing this Marsh has dealt with him before.

It definitely does seem strange how as Paramedics, you've been given laws saying that you can be arrested for "violent behaviour". Seeing how Fxo has already been spoken to by staff regarding interactions with both Ulkrah and Sniper, a 2 day suspension will be issued with a 1 hour President blacklist.
In regards to the footage, he didn't actually kill you instead he just shot at you seemingly once and stopped. This very well could have been a misfire. I am concerned how @Ulkrah is running into situations which are dangerous though. I've spoken about this over Steam, and this wasn't meant to be malicious and was just intended to show the user for the report.
