Why should you be unblacklisted?: We had reports of people raiding a bunker at the lake , we responded and alot of people who look like mechanics ran off into the water , fast forward a few minutes and we hear shots and an officer radioed in "One of the men who went into the water has a shotgun!" , then he goes on to say that he was tranquilised so i was on high alert , I was then out trying to get cover and i saw two humanoids in the water off in the distance so i and other officers shot at them . I think i should be unblacklisted because i was only doing what i thought was right , i had not noticed that these two men were unarmed civilians as they were off in the distance , and i couldnt go into the water and retrieve the bodies because as soon as i went into the water i got shot by a sniper :

Looking at the report, it seemed as though you had deliberately opened fire on two people in the water, both of whom were unarmed. Unfortunately, there was a large backlog of reports, and so you had left by the time I dealt with the report. This wasn't mentioned in your respond to the report either, hence why you were issued a blacklist at the time.

Ohhh i seee , alright yeah i did fire on two people in the water cause i did think they were the armed men we were looking for , but i do not have evidence to back up my claims , so thats fine dude i get you were doing your job.

Oh yeah i did not respond to the report because i was not aware i did anything wrong , and i did say in my post here that i shot at people in the water.

I was on at the time, there were multiple reports from copz on scene that the two mechanics were shooting at officers from the water (It transpired it was actually a sniper behind us using a suppressor, all we heard were the sound of bullets landing at out feet)

A'ite, the punishment will stand as issued. Even with being shot at, you did fire on unarmed, retreating players. This wasn't a two sided firefight, rather a single sniper, and as such, you need to ensure you're shooting on armed targets.
