the owner of the building wanted me to get the car away there, so i carefully pushed it to the other side
everytime there is no staff on and my car is stuck or something else i get told to carefully push it, i don't see the problem

i did everything CAREFULLY and nothing bad happened, i was not willing to pay the fine so i then lockpicked it

Capitalizing every letter does not ease the read, please let's not do that in the future if possible.
You should not prop push if your car was stuck in a roleplay manner. Even if it was stuck prop pushing it gently is the last resort.
Player will receive an 1-hour blacklist for prop pushing.
Nothing is given for sea lion, but he will be given a verbal warning for instigating a rule breakage.
