You have no active warnings, blacklists or bans that could restrict your access to use anything on the server.
If you are trying to use government vehicles which some people do, you have to be part of the government, for example, if you bought a firetruck, you have to be a firefighter to use it.

Apparently its 3 years old so I mean, could it just be removed? Was probably back when I was just going on GMOD servers when I first starting RPing and being really shite at the game and sweating it out.

I'll still want to get input from BlackOut but, if he gave a 10h blacklist it was probably serious, and as it's a consequence for malicious actions, you'd still need to go through it.
