Terror attack [MCI] - Paramedic - Aug 12, 2018

Backstory

It's a nice lovely evening, Main Street infront of 190 is decorated for a lovely town party, the street is closed off but even the Police are enjoying themselves. What could possibly go wrong? Well, a John Doe in a huge truck decided to spoil the party, ramming his truck through the barriers and hitting a number of people, crashing his truck into the wall of a office building at the end of Main street. He's killed instantly.

And that's where the event starts.


Idea

As the title suggests, this will be a mass casualty incident, but will be involving as many services as possible to ensure there'll be something for everyone and not just FD and EMS.


Rules

1. No minging, failure to follow this will mean you'll be reported to members of staff who'll deal with you accordingly.
2. No RDM, the event will be peaceful for most part, with the terrorist accident being F2B when the event starts.
3. No Mic, why you ask? To ensure that nothing is missed, and with the amount of people at a MCI it'll end up being a clusterfuck of mic spam.
4. Don't failRP, if you're trying to RP a broken leg? Don't run off.
5. Have fun!


Roles


Incident Commander ALPHA (Fire chief) (1/1)
Frede / Paramedic

The incident commander is in charge of the primary scene, directing the various triage areas and also directing ambulance and fire personell to the patients.

Paramedics (1/3)

The unsung heroes, with their life saving skills they're the first responders to most incidents of citizens who're injured. In the event they'll need to be able to handle primary assessments and also triage depending on the number of patients and medics.

Cooli

Firefighters (1/3)

EMT or paramedic firefighters would be able to assist with the treatment and triage of patients if needed, and also to extract people out of vehicles.

[L²:RP] Vimpto

Incident Commander BRAVO (Police Chief) (0/1)

In charge of Police and SWAT on the incident scene, ensuring the area is secure for EMS to do their work, directing police and SWAT to troublesome patients or onlookers acting up.

Police Officers (0/4)

The backbone of the Police Chiefs group, the lightly armored police officers would be responsible for securing the scene, setting up barriers and ensuring onlookers don't trespass.

SWAT Sergeant (0/1)

In command of the SWAT Team who'll respond to the terror incident, securing the Terrorists truck and if needed, disarm explosives.

The roles above do not need to be filled up entirely, depending on the numbers SWAT and Police may just be F2B or NPCed

Citizens will also be required to act as patients. Injuries from the event would most likely be broken bones, sprains, concussions and minor lacerations, but who knows? It'll be up to you.

Unfortunately I'm not taking requests for the Truck driver, he'll be played by a DOA ragdoll.
