I believe an admin was using wireed texture exploits to see where I was in my base when I was not visible

If you can provide evidence of that exploit and make a SR and it'll be taken care of.

You willingly bought membership yourself, and you not reading the rules and acting against it is not on the server but on you.

You used to make the props transparent so people breaching it can be seen and shot from above as well as what I think are one sided windows. The rule is not one sided because while you can see and shoot from the windows, the other side can't. On top of that, the cargo doors that are transparent gives you an unrealistic advantage.
