Apologies as I apparently prematurely approved this.
Apex messaged me and fixed in that saying Seawolf did not d/c but this PR was for the LOOC language.
Seawolf has history for it so will receive a 2h OOC blacklist.
Racism is allowed IC but not OOC and it's clear Seawolf meant this as an insult.
