Explain your suggestion, in detail: Now we have /voterestart we can choose if we want to restart I've seen that your in the middle of building and the server just wants to restart its a pain when building.

It's pretty annoying when it wants to restart the server right when I'm in the middle of building something.

Soft and hard restarts should only happen on build when empty.
