Hi there, sorry it took so long I was having trouble with my account.
At the time I couldn't see the other officers due to FOV, nor did they identify themselves or say anything.
However, I did break fear-RP with them present even if I did not see them so I apologize and will take the punishment.

If someone switches from a gun or taser to handcuffs/rope to detain you, FearRP still applies.
As well as you having another gun on you.
