Okay, when I got my gun out I was out of your gun view and your gun point than got my gun out. I am not like saying this because of an excuse. I played on Fearless RP for a while and you were allowed to do this so I am sorry if that is not allowed.

Dan had his gun on safety while making sure he had both of you in front of him.
It's faster to pull out a gun out of safety, rather than the back of your pants or where ever you keep them.
Animation wise we can not show everything so we made it so having a gun in safety mode also causes FearRP as the officer or the other person can not see you reaching for a gun.
Wizard will receive a 1 week ban and 4 hour weapons blacklist due to priors.
