Suggestion:
Buff the top speed of the Volvo S50R to around 70mph.
Why?:
Because it doesn't make sense for a $180,000 car to have a top speed of 40mph but cars like the caravan can go a lot faster for a lot less of the price. It is also a high-performance car so it would make sense for it to have a higher top speed.

Speed should depend on the price and, type of car. There is no point in paying 100k+ for a car that only does 40mph.
